About Cynrio
A small team of senior engineers who finish what they start.
Cynrio is a software engineering studio based in Islamabad, working with founders and operators worldwide. We build the products other teams use to run their businesses — and stay around long enough to see them scale.
Our story
A studio, not an agency.
Cynrio was founded on a simple frustration: the gap between the engineering teams that get hired to build new things and the engineering teams that get hired to maintain them.
The first group ships fast and walks away. The second inherits the consequences. Neither one is set up to own the outcome end to end.
We were tired of working that way, so we built a different kind of practice. Every Cynrio engagement is led by a principal who designs the system, ships it to production, and stays through the scale-up. We don't hand off, we don't hide behind a producer, and we don't sell hours that nobody is accountable for.
What we do sell is the same thing the best in-house teams do: senior judgment, applied to your problem, on a schedule we can both stand behind.

Every engagement is led by someone who has shipped the thing you're asking us to build. We don't put juniors in front of decisions they shouldn't be making.

Lines of code aren't a deliverable. The thing your customer can do because of those lines is. Our success metric is yours.

If a problem doesn't fit our shape, we say so and point you somewhere better. The work we take on is work we can finish well.

Lead Front-end Engineer
Design-system specialist who has shipped React and Next.js platforms across media, e-commerce, and SaaS clients. Cares deeply about interfaces that feel right before they look right.
Islam Kiani
Senior Frontend Engineer
Performance and accessibility lead. Owns the interfaces that have to feel fast on a five-year-old Android phone on patchy 3G — because that's still most of the world's customers.
Asif Ahmad
Back-end Engineer
Backend platforms, APIs, and data pipelines. Ships the services everything else on the stack quietly depends on, and writes the runbooks people actually read.
